The Church High School Boys Basketball team practices on Tuesday & Thursdays from 7-9pm in the gym. If you like playing basketball, come and join our team! See you Tuesday night. 5th & 6th graders! Don't forget to check out the FAITH 4 LIFE class on Sunday mornings.It is designed just for you!You will have time to talk about what is going on in your life and hear what's going on in others your own age.Most importantly, you will find out what the Bible says on how to maneuver some very difficult challenges you may be facing. 7th & 8th graders! Watch movies at church?!This is exactly what we do in CHRIST IN THE CLIPS.We use blockbuster movies as a tool in understanding what the Bible is teaching us.Come downstairs and see what the movies have to teach us about "Choices". Shanty Town: Our 6th, 7th, and 8th graders will be sleeping outside in tents the day after Thanksgiving: Friday, Nov. 28th, from 7pm until 7am on Saturday, Nov. 29th. This is an opportunity for our Confirmation Students to raise funds to help support the Feed My Starving Children food packaging event we are having in January. We will also be wrapping Christmas gifts for the Gifts of Love program for children in Milwaukee. For more info check out November’s Lifelines or contact Pastor Huff. Milwaukee Bucks Game: On January 24th, you and your family/friends are invited to join our Confirmation Junior Leaguers watch the Milwaukee Bucks take on the Sacramento Kings. Our host again this year will be Mr. Jon McGlocklin. During the pre-game, twenty of our young people will be allowed to go courtside as the Courtside Kids and watch the Bucks warm up. Twenty more students will be chosen to give high-fives to the players as they take the court and everyone will receive a Bucks replica jersey for being part of the DR contingent.
