Greetings in the name of our Risen Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, 

For some of you, I need to introduce myself. For others, I need to say, “I’m back”. And for everyone else, I share the announcement the Pastor Rand is working with the ministerial team at Divine Redeemer Lutheran Church, as Visitation Pastor. 

I am Reverend Doctor Neil E. Rand PhD. I have worked in the ministry since 1971. Many of you will recall that I was called from California in 1983 to help begin our Christian Day School and to work with our youth ministry programs. I have also served at Bethesda Lutheran Home in Watertown as both Public Relations Representative and became an Associate Director of Development. Many times I have gone back to school to pick up a degree or two and a certification or two. In 1999 I began serving as the Sole Pastor of Faith Lutheran Church and School in Watertown, a position I held until September of this year. Many of you know that I also taught in the public school system in Oconomowoc for 23 years (while serving congregations). I have also served Elm Grove Lutheran and Bethlehem Lutheran in Wales, Wisconsin.
